Human Resources, Risk Management Division, recommends the Board appoint the position of Senior Risk Management Analyst or successor to serve as the Alternate Board Member to the California State Association of Counties - Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC EIA).

Presently the position of the Alternate Board Member for El Dorado County with CSAC EIA is vacant. Protocol requires that the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors approve the position of the Alternate Board Member.
