Title: Hearing to consider Gerken Project (Tentative Parcel Map P23-0007) request to divide an approximately 21.91-acre property into two (2) parcels of approximately10.08-acres (Parcel 1) and 11.35-acres (Parcel 2), on property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 102-200-025, consisting of 21.91 acres, is located on the western side of the intersection between Deer Valley Road and Fawn Way, within the vicinity of the Cameron Park Community Region, submitted by Shirley Gerken; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: 1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study prepared by staff in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines; 2) Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines Section 15074(d), incorporated as Conditions of Approval; and 3) Approve Tentative Parcel Map P23-0007, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented. Request to consider Tentative Parcel Map P23-0007/Gerken submitted by Shirley Gerken request to divide an approximately 21.91-acre property into two (2) parcels of approximately10.08-acres (Parcel 1) and 11.35-acres (Parcel 2).
