Cameron Park Design Review Committee to review and make recommendations regarding the following project: PD-R26-0001 - Green Valley Mortuary Revision (Green Valley Mortuary & Cemetery): A Planned Development Revision to allow construction of 5 mausoleums within the approved burial plot map issued to Green Valley Cemetery through S94-0002. PD14-0009 approved in 2015 allowed flexibility within the development standards of the R1A zone for the existing mortuary. The proposed mausoleums encroach into zone standard side setback. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 102-030-028, consists of 8.62 acres, and is located on the west side of Alexandrite Drive directly North of the intersection with Green Valley Road, within Cameron Park Community Region, Rescue Fire District, and Supervisor District 4.
