The Fiscal Year 2024-25 Grand Jury published two Final Reports:

1) Case 25-02: Placerville and South Lake Tahoe Jail Inspections, published on February 11, 2025; and

2) Case 25-04: DOT Maintenance - Where the Rubber Meets the Road, published on February 11, 2025.

The responses have been prepared in conjunction with affected departments/agencies.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

There is no direct financial impact related to the consideration of the responses. There may be a financial impact related to the implementation of certain Grand Jury Recommendations; however, such impacts will be identified as staff assesses needs for future action and will be discussed in future staff reports prior to approval and/or implementation.
