Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Road Right Of Way and Public Utilities Easement subject to the condition that it will not be County maintained unless and until it has been accepted into the County maintained road system by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors;
2) Acknowledge an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Road Right Of Way and Public Utilities Easement on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Echo Lane Investors, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company for an IOD (IOD 20-0002) for a Road Right Of Way and Public Utilities Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 327-020-010, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would allow for a future road right of way and public service easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 327-020-010 and satisfy the conditions of approval for the Indian Creek Ranch Subdivision, which requires the construction of a road that bisects the subject property.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept the IOD. By utilizing this alternative, no provision would be made for road right of way and public service easements on Assessor’s Parcel Number 327-020-010.

Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, has reviewed said IOD and takes no exception to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
