Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
(1) Road Funds to provide an estimated total of $540,979 made up of the following:
a. Up to $10,000 estimated cost of the Reimbursable Agreement which is a commitment of payment for the Omo Ranch Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Project) scoping, schedule, and budget; and
b. $460,979 in funding for the County’s non-federal match requirement of 11.47% for the proposed Project; and
c. $70,000 for County staff oversight and construction management.

(2) The amount of $3,558,021 will be new funding from the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) grant funding.

The Community Development Agency, Transportation Division (Transportation) will include these costs in future budgets of the Capital Improvement Program, subject to grant awarding.

There is no change to Net County Cost associated with this item.
