Title: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 - Conference with Real Property Negotiator: This body will hold a closed session to give instructions to its negotiator for the acquisition of approximately 51.23 acres commonly known as Assessor’s Parcel Number 109-230-12 in Cameron Park. Property owners: Scariot Family Limited Partnership and DeWolf Family Investment Limited Partnership. Instructions to El Dorado County’s negotiator will concern price and terms of payment. Kyle Lassner, Department of Transportation and/or Michael Nihan, Planning Department, will be the negotiators on behalf of El Dorado County.
