DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
In March 2021, Director of Environmental Management Greg Stanton submitted his resignation, effective May 21, 2021. An open, competitive recruitment for a permanent Director is being conducted, but in the meantime the Department will need someone in the role to oversee day-to-day operations. Mr. Warren meets the Minimum Qualifications and is agreeable to stepping into the leadership position on an interim basis.
