Background
The El Dorado County Habitat for Humanity has acquired certain real property in unincorporated El Dorado County on which it intends to develop a 4-unit affordable attached single-family condominium project in Cameron Park, known as 2700 La Cresenta Drive, APN #083-052-09 consisting of two buildings with two units each. The units will be affordable to households with very-low annual income of not more than 50% of the area median income, adjusted for household size.
Reason for Recommendation
Habitat for Humanity continues to work with purveyors of public facilities and service providers (schools, fire, water, sewer) and County departments to defer, waive, or reduce fees in the development of the Cameron Park project. The project has met all other conditions of the Planning and Building Department except for the payment of provider fees.
