Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division, presenting two (2) Cleveland Braizer SGM30 Tilt Skillets surplus to the needs of the County and recommending the Board so declare and authorize disposal of same in accordance with the procedures outlined in the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.12 and Section 3.12.220.

Reason for Recommendation: Property determined to be surplus to the needs of various departments is offered to other County departments in accordance with Purchasing Ordinance 3.12.190 - Surplus Pool. The attached list of "surplus property" reflects those items that remain surplus to the needs of the County, the Purchasing Agent will dispose of said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.210 and Section 3.12.220 thereof.
Fiscal Impact: In accordance with Invitation to Bid #08-165-116 and Agreement for Services #998-S0810, TriMark ERF, Inc. will remove and dispose of the surplus Tilt Skillets at no cost to the County.
Action to be taken following approval: Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent shall approve Agreement for Services #998-S0810 for the removal of the surplused property and installation of the replacement property.
