DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

Request to consider Conditional Use Permit S18-0003/Marcelais Mine Winery submitted by Marcy Harmon Kim to allow the operation of a microwinery with no on-site sales or tasting room. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 090-250-34, consisting of 40.192 acres, is located on the north side of Marcelais Road, approximately 0.6 mile south of the intersection with Mother Lode Road, in the El Dorado area, Supervisorial District 2.  (County Planner: Isaac Wolf/Mel Pabalinas)  (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15303(c) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines)**
