DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
This Board item represents the first annual report of executed Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Funding Agreements pursuant to Resolution 100-2025. For this annual reporting period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, no EIR Funding Agreements have been executed under Resolution 100-2025.
The Planning Division, however, continues to maintain two (2) previously established Funding Agreements: 24-0007 (Village of Marble Valley) and 24-0008 (Lime Rock Valley).
· 24-0007 (Village of Marble Valley): Originated as 006D-F-12/13-BOS. A total of $281,745 was collected through amendments and fully drawn down. In 2024, an additional $69,869.99 deposit was collected.
· 24-0008 (Lime Rock Valley): Originated as 005D-F-12/13-BOS. A total of $275,893 was collected and drawn down. In 2024, an additional $42,890.16 deposit was collected, for a total of $76,698.75.
Subsequent work order increases have not been substantial enough to require amendments to these agreements, and both projects continue under the procedures and cost-recovery mechanisms in place when their applications were deemed complete.
The Funding Agreement procedure established under Resolution 100-2025 is fully in place and ready for use for future qualifying project applicants.
