Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) is working to advance the Environmental Improvement Program (EIP) Project for the Christmas Valley 2 Erosion Control Project. The project will provide drainage improvements to improve water quality and soil conservation.
The project is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The preparation of a CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration has been completed and on February 24, 2009 your Board adopted and approved the project ...
