Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to Acknowledge and Accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Public Utilities Easements;
2) Acknowledge the Public Utilities Easements on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcel is located within the community of El Dorado Hills, Supervisorial District 2, at the intersection of Investment Boulevard and Pismo Drive.
FUNDING: Application Fees (General Fund).

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Heritage El Dorado Hills Master Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation for an IOD (IOD 22-0015 A) for Public Utilities Easements on Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-680-001, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide for Public Utilities Easements on Assessor's Parcel Number 117-680-001.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor”s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to Offer of Dedication.
2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.
