DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Heritage El Dorado Hills Master Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation for an IOD (IOD 22-0015 A) for Public Utilities Easements on Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-680-001, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide for Public Utilities Easements on Assessor's Parcel Number 117-680-001.

Community Development Agency, Department of Transportation has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this Offer.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor”s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to Offer of Dedication.
2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.
