Background: Rutan & Tucker, LLP. is currently retained to provide legal services to assist the County in connection with PG&E v. State Board of Equalization, et al., Case # 05-CE-CG-00003-MWS, Fresno County Superior Court. The initial agreement had a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000.00, which is insufficient and needs increasing to $15,000.00.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Chair will sign the Amendment with copies for County Counsel and Rutan & Tucker, LLP.
