DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On August 27, 2019, the Board authorized the Parks Manager to accept donations on behalf of the County for the Rubicon Trail (Legistar #19-1092). Since that date, many donations have come forward and due to the number of donations staff would like to recognize the organizations and individuals for their generosity. These donations will go towards building a Ford F550 pumper truck. A budget transfer has been attached to recognize donations as revenue and increases appropriations to fund the improvements on the truck. This budget transfer reflects the donations received to date and anticipates the amount of donations to still be received as revenue in fiscal year 19/20.
