Background: Background: The subject Deed of Conservation Easement would grant approximately five acres of oak tree canopy on property under ownership of the Granade Family Trust to the County. Prior to approval of DR05-0026S, the applicant is required to mitigate for loss of oak trees on the project site known as APN 109-480-03. The approximately five acre portion of APNs 087-310-24 and 087-020-07, shown as Attachment B, fulfills the requirements for the loss of oak trees onsite.
