The Sheriff's Office Armory will receive the funds paid by the retired employee.
Reason for Recommendation
Sergeant Sesak is retiring from the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office and desires to purchase his service weapon. As the duty weapon is in current use by the Sheriff's Office, Sergeant Sesak will purchase the weapon at replacement value which is $409.00 plus tax.
The weapon to be declared surplus is a Glock .22, Serial #LKE995.
Action to be taken following approval
Upon approval of the recommendation, the Procurement & Contracts Division will process the necessary surplus property transfer request, and the Sheriff's Office shall process payment.
