Title: Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Amendment 2 to Agreement AGMT 04-644 with Y & C Transportation Consultants, Inc. increasing compensation by $100,000 to an amount not to exceed $240,000 and extending the term through December 31, 2007 to assist with traffic engineering and signal design services for said Department.
