Just Appraised, Inc. provides software that significantly streamlines the workflow for processing real property changes in ownership and transfer recordings. Documents recorded through the Recorder’s Officer are automatically read by the Just Appraised platform, which used optical character recognition (OCR) technology to extract key information and auto-populate required fields in the Assessor’s Megabyte Property Tax System.

Additional benefits include 24/7 customer support via live chat, email, phone, and text, which has been highly valued by staff.
