DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
In 2004 the Board authorized the Department of Transportation to acquire the Perks Court properties for right of way purposes in order to construct the new Missouri Flat interchange. In 2019 the County declared the property surplus. The County would like to begin negotiations with the State of California regarding these properties.

The Board could direct the County not to pursue negotiations regarding the Perks Court properties.
