DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The official motion to adopt Ordinance 5040 did not include specific direction to staff to bring back a status report on an annual basis. During the hearing of this matter, the Board expressed their interest to the Chief Administrative Office that an annual report be provided. It was later requested that the Clerk of the Board bring this matter to the Board to memorialize the additional language to the motion shown as the highlighted text on Attachment A.
