Request to consider Variance V25-0003/Butler Setback Reduction submitted by Dan Baxter to allow the front setback to be measured from the edge of the maintained area of the road and to allow an existing attached two car garage serving an accessory dwelling unit at a setback of 24 feet from that edge. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 043-011-008, consisting of 37.55 acres, is located on the west side of Braden Road, approximately 0.5 mile southwest of the intersection with Meyers Road, in the Camino area, Supervisorial District 3.  (County Planner: Cerissa Deitchman, 530-621-6397) (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines)
