Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Slope Easement.
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and Acceptance of Offer and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) with the Consent attached.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Serrano Associates, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 18-004) for a Slope Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-13 (Formerly 120-690-04), and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This parcel is in conjunction with the Saratoga Estates project, in El Dorado Hills on the corner of Finder’s Way and Saratoga Way.
Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept this Offers of Dedication. By utilizing this alternative, the County and/or developers would be unable to meet improvement obligations for Saratoga Estates.

Transportation Department has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to and acceptance of this Offer for said Slope Easement.

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to Offer of Dedication and Acceptance of Offer.
2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.
3) The Clerk of the Board will return a copy of the recorded IOD to the Surveyor’s Office, Attn: Karen Hyder.
