Request to consider the transfer of River Use Permit #15 from Douglas J. Pringle, owner of Disabled Sports USA Far West Outdoors to Mark C. Taylor, sole proprietor of Mark C. Taylor's Reliable River Repair; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Approve the transfer of River Use Permit #15 from Douglas J. Pringle, owner of Disabled Sports USA Far West Outdoors, to Mark C. Taylor, sole proprietor of Flowing-Rivers.org; and
2) Approve a one-year provisional River Use Permit for Flowing-Rivers.org owned by Mark C. Taylor.
