DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
Representatives from across El Dorado County formed the El Dorado County Continuum of Care (CoC), known as the El Dorado Opportunity Knocks (EDOK) CoC, in 2017, a regional planning body of representative stakeholders in El Dorado County.

On October 21, 2021, HHSA, as the Administrative Entity (AE) for the EDOK CoC, submitted a joint application for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program Round 3 funding (Legistar file 21-1720). As a result, HHSA and the EDOK CoC were awarded $1,330,334.26.
