DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

A vacancy will be created on February 2, 2024, for the Air Pollution Control Officer. An open, competitive recruitment for a replacement is being conducted and the recruitment process is progressing.  Until the position is filled permanently, the Air District will need someone in the role to oversee day-to-day operations. Ms. Serieh meets the minimum qualifications and is agreeable to step into this leadership position on an interim basis.
