DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by John A. Morton and Jessica R. Morton as co-trustees of the Morton Family Trust created on June 7, 2019, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 110-213-007, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the rear Public Utility easement located on said property. The easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Public Utility easement, as shown on Lot 211 of Waterford Unit No. 3, recorded in Book G of Subdivisions at Page 104, was offered to the County of El Dorado by Southfork Partnership a General Partnership, on May 24, 1988. The easement was acknowledged by the County of El Dorado on June 7, 1988, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on June 10, 1988.

AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said subject easement for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said subject easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
