To manage potential accessions effectively, backlog items should be presented to the Historical Museum Commissioners for their review and a decision on either accessioning or alternative handling. A motion will be proposed to recommend that Library Systems Technician Kelly Jordan, supported by Commissioner Owens and Commissioner Manwaring, collaborate and coordinate to define the scope and timing of this effort.
