The FY 2024-25 Grand Jury published two Final Reports:

1) Case 25-06: 9-1-1 Central Dispatch - Performance Under Fire, published February 5, 2025 ; and

2) Case 25-07: HHSA Staffing Challenges Impact Medi-Cal Clients, published March 11, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

There is no direct financial impact related to the consideration of the responses. There may be a financial impact related to the implementation of certain Grand Jury Recommendations; however, such impacts will be identified as staff assesses needs for future action and will be discussed in future staff reports prior to approval and/or implementation.
