DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A Notice of Vacancy has been posted since July 3, 2023. According to Resolution 015-2015 Section 3. Membership - The Committee shall be comprised of seven members. Members shall either live, own a business, or own property within the El Dorado and Diamond Springs Community Regions or within one mile outside of the Community Region Boundary Line. Members shall serve without compensation. All members shall be appointed, and may be removed, by the Board of Supervisors.
