Title
Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Make findings pursuant to Ordinance Code 3.13.030 that there are specialty skills required for the work performed under this Agreement that are not expressly identified in County classifications; and
2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement for Services No. 451-S1411 with Radman Aerial Surveys, Inc. in the amount of $145,000 for a term of three (3) years to provide aerial photography and topographic mapping services in support of the Capital Improvement Program.
FUNDING: Various local, state and federal sources (Federal Funds).

Funding for this Agreement will be recovered through restricted sources that fund the Community Development Agency, Transportation Division (Division) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects.
Background
Radman Aerial Surveys, Inc. (Radman) participated in the Community Development Agency's 2014 Request for Qualifications for Consulting Services. Radman's submittal was reviewed by a panel of qualified staff. Radman was ranked number two in the surveying category and the top-ranked firm does not perform aerial surveys.
Reason for Recommendation
The Division recommends the Board make findings pursuant to Ordinance Code 3.13.030 that there are specialty skills required for the work performed under this Agreement that are not expressly identified in County classifications.
