Reason for Recommendation: The Library has received a donation from the Friends of the Library for building maintenance. The Library is requesting approval of attached budget transfer increasing revenues and appropriations in the amount of $5,000.00. Funds will be used to purchase and install carpeting for the Pollock Pines Branch Library.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Chair to sign budget transfer
2. Facilities to coordinate the carpet replacement project.
