DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Department of Transportation’s (Transportation) County Service Area Zone of Benefit (ZOB) Program is established as a method to finance and provide needed public facilities and services to residents and property owners within these areas. The following budget transfers from each ZOB budget are necessary in order to appropriate funds and pay for road maintenance projects during Fiscal Year (FY) 2019/2020. These budget transfers are within each zone’s existing available funds and do not involve any retroactive work or contracts:
1) $1,486.00 from Designated - Other for Blanchard Estates (3591852)
2) $23,863.00 from Contingency for Carlson Drive (3591836)
3) $11,629.00 from Contingency for East El Largo (3591837)
4) $26,989.00 from Contingency for Fernwood-Cothrin (3591835)
5) $7,551.00 from Contingency for Hidden Lakes (3582803)
6) $18,000.00 from Designated - Other for King of the Mountain (3591849)
7) $11,193.00 from Contingency for Lynx Trail (3591845)
8) $7,596.00 from Contingency for Many Oaks (3591846)
9) $9,000.00 from Designated - Other for Nance (3591855)
10) $15,213.00 from Contingency for Randolph Canyon (3591850)
11) $40,520.00 from Designated - Other for Ryan Ranch (3591830)
