Supervisor Hidahl recommending the Board approve the appointment of Jon Vegna as the District I Planning Commissioner, pending any additional applications received prior to April 25, 2017.  The appointment would be effective May 1, 2017 with a term expiration of January 1, 2021.

Body

Supervisor Hidahl anticipates his current appointee to the Planning Commission, Jeff Haberman will be vacate the position following the April 27, 2017 Planning Commission Hearing.  The Supervisor desires to make an appointment to fill the vacancy as soon as possible, pending applications received by the Clerk of the Board. The 10 day Notice of Vacancy was posted April 11, 2017.  Additional information provided in Attachment A.
