DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On February 21, 2023 (Legistar 23-0359), the Board directed the Chief Administrative Office to return on March 7, 2023 to appoint a representative from each Supervisorial District to the Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee (CEDAC) and appoint two Board members to an Ad Hoc Committee to review and make recommendations to the Board regarding CEDAC. The remaining Member-at-Large position will remain vacant.

The Board could choose not to establish a committee.
