Body
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by El Dorado RV Resort and Campground LLC, a California limited liability company, owners of Assessor Parcel Number 327-110-012, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate a portion of the 50’ non-exclusive road and public utility easement encumbering said property. The easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The 50’ non-exclusive road and public utility easement, as shown on Parcels 1 and 3 of Parcel Maps Book 9 Page 117, was created Vernon L. Conover and La Verne Marshall on December 31st, 1975. The easement was never offered, therefore it was neither rejected nor accepted by the County of El Dorado, and the map recorded on December 31st, 1975. Said portion of said easement is also shown on a subsequent Parcel Map recorded in Book 52 of Parcel Maps at Page 7. Upon recordation of said resolution, the termination of said portion of said subject easement will also apply to said Parcel Map.

AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District, Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said portion of said 50’ non-exclusive road and public utility easement for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said portion of said easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
