DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The County has been presented with an opportunity to accept 24.5 acres of undeveloped land at the end of Quartz Mountain Road. The Facilities Division is seeking direction from the Board as to whether or not the Board is interested in accepting the potential donation of this property to the County.

The Board could direct the Facilities Division not to pursue negotiations regarding the property.
