DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction. The results of the votes cast at the Audubon Hills Community Services District Mail Ballot Election held March 31, 2015, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on April 6, 2015 and are submitted herewith.

It is recommended that the Board declare the results of the official canvass.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Aububon Hills Community Services District will be billed for actual cost to conduct the election. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said district.
