DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
At the Board meeting on June 21, 2022, the Board requested the Clerk to look into additional locations for the County's Boards, Committees and Commissions to meet. The Clerk of the Board's office continues to identify and evaluate locations that meet the criteria established by the Board. After establishing that the Community Room meets the criteria, the Clerk's office contacted the Sheriff's office and was granted permission to use the room for the County's Boards, Committees and Commissions meetings.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board could decide not to add additional locations for Committee/Commission meetings.
