Hearing to consider the time extension request for the Wirtanen Commercial Parcel Map project (Parcel Map Time Extension P08-0026-E-2)** on property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 109-420-18, consisting of 0.78 acre, in the Shingle Springs area, submitted by Bruce Wirtanen; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Find this time extension categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(k); and
2) Approve P08-0026-E-2 extending the expiration of the approved tentative parcel map for five years to January 27, 2022, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.

Request to consider Parcel Map Time Extension P08-0026-E-2/Wirtanen Commercial Parcel Map submitted by Bruce Wirtanen requesting five one-year time extensions to approved Tentative Parcel Map P08-0026 resulting in a new expiration date of January 27, 2022. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 109-420-18, consisting of 0.78 acre, is located on the west side of the intersection of Dividend and Business Drives, in the Shingle Springs area, Barnett Business Park, Supervisorial District 2.
