Background: General Services entered into Agreement 717-C0899 with Sabah International for the IT Fire Suppression System project on April 7, 2008 with a not to exceed amount of $93,900.00. The original contract term provided for a one hundred and fifty (150) calendar day performance period.
Reason for Recommendation: Due to delays in manufacturing of materials, it is necessary to extend the contract term by eighty eight (88) calendar days.
Action to be taken following Board approval: General Services will complete the administrative process for the Change Order.
