Background: The Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) was initially formed in February 2006.  In mid-2008 the committee experienced a transition of members while shifting focus to regulatory reform activities.  In 2009 resolution 91-2009 (Attachment A) was passed in which the roles and responsibilities of EDAC were re-defined.
 
Reason for Recommendation:  The EDAC would like the opportunity to provide the Board with an update on prior year activity with discussion regarding priority goals for next year.
