Request to consider Minor Use Permit MUP25-0002/Hasser Spa submitted by Christopher Hasser to allow a reduction of a 100-foot riparian setback from the South Fork of the American River to 58 feet for the permittance of an existing spa and electrical connection. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 105-080-008, consisting of 5 acres, is located on the north side of Petersen Lane, approximately 1,000 feet west of the intersection with Bassi Road, in the Lotus area, Supervisorial District 4.  (County Planner: Spencer McKenna, 530-621-5821) (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines)
