Background:
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a drainage easement, located across the rear portion of Lot 116 of Pioneer Place Unit 1, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 115-390-11, and being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by Neil P. Wiegand and is necessary due to recent grading and the installation of new drainage facilities. The subject property location lies south of Green Valley Road and west of Bass lake Road, in El Dorado Hills.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offer at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Said Resolution will be recorded.
2) A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owner.
3) A Certificate of Correction may be recorded.
