1) Adopt Resolution 202-2014 accepting the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication #2014-009 for Right of Way and Slope Easement as it pertains to West Valley Village Unit No. 1A, Lot F, Assessor’s Parcel Number 118-190-01 from West Valley LLC, a California Limited Liability Company;
2) Adopt Resolution 203-2014 accepting Road Right of Way and Slope Easements 1 and 2, as described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B attached to this Resolution, into the El Dorado County Maintained Mileage System as Road No. 2802; and
3) Record adopted Resolutions.

There is no fiscal impact and no cost to the General Fund associated with this item.

Background
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication:
This Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) was acknowledged but rejected with Resolution No. 125-2008 on May 20, 2008 (Legistar File ID #07-1861).

When the Board of Supervisors considered this action in 2008, the IOD was rejected pending completion of the construction of the road way and concrete span structure as stated in Resolution No. 123-2008 Resolution Amending the West Valley Village Zone of Benefit #98612 Within County Service Area #9 Adding Facilities to the Collector Roads Designated for Maintenance.

These improvements were completed and accepted on December 10, 2009.

Right of Way and Slope Easement:
This right of way serves as one of the entrances to the Buckeye School District Office, and the adjoining school and proposed park. The Right of Way and Slope Easements were approved by the Board of Supervisors with the acceptance of subdivision improvements to West Valley Village Unit 1A, on December 10, 2009, Legistar File ID #09-1071. Construction of the project was completed by West Valley, LLC.
