Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Budget for FY 07/08 includes funding for this service. There is no change in net county cost.
Background: In September, 2006, the Library entered into a one year agreement with Comcast to provide public internet service to the Main Library. The agreement is continual and automatically renews each subsequent year.
Reason for Recommendation: Advising the Board of the continual nature of the Comcast agreement.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Purchasing Agent to extend blanket purchase order to Comcast, and increase the amount by $1,260.00.
