DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Department of Transportation maintains a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) which includes bicycle and pedestrian trail projects. The CIP process includes identifying, prioritizing and developing funding for projects programmed in the CIP. All projects included in the CIP are reviewed and updated annually, including project scope, cost estimates, anticipated schedules, and revenue projections.
The Department has prepared an update on these projects for the Commission's awareness and education.
