Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division-River Program, submitting a request by Coloma Lotus Whitewater for a full transfer of River Use Permit #20 to Adam Anderson and Brice Anderson; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following action:

1) Approve the request to transfer River Use Permit #20, which includes 24 weekend allocations, 19 weekday allocations and all assets to New Owners, Adam Anderson and Brice Anderson.
