Body
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On July 15, 2025, the Board approved Legistar file 25-1194, which included the recommendation to designate the Administrative Technician bargaining unit from GE to CO in the Department of Child Support Services. However, the item did not include specific instructions for the Board Chair to sign a resolution to make the bargaining unit change official. This action seeks to correct that oversight and to ensure the Board formally adopts the bargaining unit change.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board could choose not to adopt the resolution, authorize it, and direct Human Resources to conduct additional analysis.
